Refund Policy

When registering for a week at Camp Davis, you are automatically charged a $25 registration fee and a $100 deposit. If signing up for multiple weeks at the same time, the registration fee is a one-time payment while a $100 deposit is required for every week that you register for.

These deposits reserve your spot for each week. While you do have the option to pay in full when registering, these deposits are the bare minimum of what is due upon registering. Once an application is processed, these deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance. Prior to February 5th, deposits of canceled weeks can be applied to your remaining balance; after February 5th, they cannot be applied to your remaining balance and instead will be lost if you need to cancel.

Any weeks that are canceled before May 1st, 2024 are fully refundable besides the registration fee and deposit. Any weeks that are canceled after May 1st, 2024 are not refundable.

In lieu of losing camp fees that have been paid by May 1st, you may choose to enroll your child in a different camp week - based on availability. If the new session you would like to switch to has a higher cost (ie, switching into a specialty camp, switching out of Week 5, etc) you will be required to pay the difference; if the new session you would like to switch to has a lower cost (ie, switching from specialty camp to traditional camp, switching into Week 5, etc), you will be locked into the higher price point.

Aftercare is fully refundable prior to May 1st. After May 1st, families are eligible for a 50% refund as long as they provide at least two-weeks notice of a cancelation. Cancelation requests made after May 1st and with less than two-weeks notice are subject to no refunds being provided.

For all refund requests please contact Jenny Robinson at jenny@nashvillejcc.org. Andrew, Max, and other Camp Davis staff are not in a position to make refund decisions.
